Your Consent

Leelija Web Solutions is a digital marketing agency, providing premium SEO, web design, and development services to e-commerce businesses, start-up companies, & digital service providers.

These Terms of Use for Leelija is an agreement between leelija.com and you. Throughout the agreement, the words such as ‘we’, ‘our’, and ‘us’ will refer to the Leelija team, and the words such as ‘you’ and ‘yours’ will address the visitor of the website and user of our digital marketing and SEO services.

Before you visit the website of Leelija and sign up for our services, we request that you read this entire Agreement in detail. Kindly note that this is a legal agreement, and once you click on the button ‘I agree’, you are bound by our privacy policies and the legal terms and conditions that are applicable to using the platform of Leelija and all the services offered by us.

This is to inform you that we are not bound by any rules and may update the privacy policies as well as the terms and conditions at any point in time in the future. If we do so, our team will notify you about the changes immediately. KINDLY NOTE THAT ANY SORT OF DISPUTE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS AS A USER OF OUR PLATFORM. If you do not wish to abide by Leelija’s terms and conditions, which we are going to mention in this agreement, kindly cease to use this platform immediately.

In this agreement, we have also mentioned our Statement of Work (SOW) in detail. The terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement are applicable to the SOW. However, if there is any conflict & inconsistency between the SOW and the terms and conditions mentioned in the Leelija agreement, the latter will govern.

User Information

Users need to sign up or register on our platform to access our services and specific website portions. To use specific services on our platform, you need to purchase them. However, this is to inform you that we may collect your personal information and reveal it in accordance with our privacy policies. The users must be over 18 years and are required to provide genuine information while registering or signing up for the Leelija platform.

One user will have access to one account only. Kindly note that the team of Leelija Web Solutions has access to all the user data, and we reserve the right to verify your credentials before you can access our platform and services. We are fully authorized to stop you from using our specific services or withdraw your user rights to access the platform of Leelija at any point in time. Only you are responsible for keeping your user credentials and activities on the Leelija platform confidential.

By entering this Agreement and accepting the terms and conditions mentioned in it, you agree to inform the team of Leelija if you find any sort of security breach or usage of your Leelija account that you are not aware of. We are not liable or responsible for any sort of data loss or security breach that you experience on our platform, if someone else uses your account by entering your credentials or password, with or without your knowledge.

Leelija collects non-personal data from the visitors of our platform and personal data from the platform users. Non-personal information includes, but is not limited to, the visitor’s IP address, search engine history, zip or country code, browsing history, and previous interactions with the platform of Leelija. However, the data we collect does not allow us to identify the visitors.

Personal information collected is individually identifiable, though not limited to, the user’s name, mobile number, email address, business details, billing address, target keywords, organic traffic and conversion rates, and the content published on the user’s business website.

Leelija collects the user information when you visit www.leelija.com. In general, we ask the users to provide specific and accurate information to connect with you easily and learn about your business goals and the specific services that you need.

By visiting www.leelija.com and entering the details of your business on behalf of your company, you confirm that you are authorized by your agency to use our services for them. We request you to go through the Leelija Privacy Policy to know more about the process of our data collection and the way we use it.

Access to Services

Through the platform of Leelija, we may offer SEO, digital marketing, web design, and development services to businesses and companies. Our qualified team delivers significant efforts to offer the best services to you.

However, all the services that we offer are dependent on a number of external factors and market conditions, such as algorithm updates, niche competition, user behavior, social media engagement, etc, which are not under our direct control.

For all these reasons, all the services we offer are not guaranteed. Kindly note that we provide no guarantee for any services you sign up for on our Leelija platform. When you decide to sign up for services, you agree that the services offered by Leelija Web Solutions do not guarantee results or specific SEO outcomes, including, but not limited to, the keyword rankings, SEO score, online visibility, or other specific results.

You agree that the services offered by us may be different, erroneous, and might deliver negative results. The growth in the organic traffic, search engine rankings, and other service-related benefits is not guaranteed.

The benefits of SEO & digital marketing services, including, but not limited to, improvements in search engine rankings, online visibility, and others, may vary depending on the search engine algorithms or any other factor that is not under our direct control.

By clicking on ‘I agree’, you agree:

• Leelija is not responsible for any sort of changes made to the user’s business website, its design, coding structure, & content that might negatively affect its search engine rankings.
• Leelija has no control over the SEO guidelines, regulations, algorithm updates, and policies of the search engine in accordance with the types of websites or content that it accepts now or in the future. The user’s website may be excluded at any time in the future from any local search engine directory, as the search engine has an unrestricted authority to unindex or remove any webpage or website content from its directory at any point in time.
• Leelija’s platform does not and will not guarantee any modification in the position of a keyword or rankings on the Search Engine Result Page. Therefore, any sort of position change or increase in terms of the search engine rankings is not guaranteed by us.
• Leelija has no control over the actions undertaken by the search engine and any changes made to the user’s website or search engine rankings due to this.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement, you free us from any liability that the team of Leelija may acquire while providing you with our SEO, digital marketing, web design, and development services via this platform.

You agree that any service offered by us on this platform or any other data that you find here may be wrong, unverified, and even inaccurate. You agree to release us from any sort of liability that the team of Leelija may incur due to the established relationship between you as a user and our platform.

The License

After the user signs up or registers for one of the services offered by Leelija, we will grant the user a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and limited license to use our services on the Leelija platform. We do not grant our users any ownership of any portion of the Leelija platform. You, as a user, will receive revocable access and license to use the services offered by the team of Leelija, as mentioned earlier in this Agreement. All other rights that are not explicitly mentioned in this Agreement are reserved for Leelija.

If you breach any of the aforementioned user guidelines, or we feel that your actions may harm the reputation of our platform, business interests, ethics, or you pose a challenge to our brand image, Leelija may revoke your license to use our services further and restrict your access to the platform.

Our Services

Leelija usually relies on the users for selecting keywords, identifying the biggest niche competitors, business-specific information, and key insights into the market industry to offer link-building services. This is to inform you further that Leelija’s SEO, digital marketing, and web design services are dependent on the accuracy of the data provided by the users or the present industry trends, and therefore, we do not guarantee a boost in search engine rankings.

Leelija’s SEO & digital marketing services include keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, technical & local SEO, website audits, content optimization, competitor analysis, content marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, influencer/email marketing, web analytics & reporting, & online reputation management.

As a web design and development agency, Leelija provides the users with UI/UX designs, front-end/back-end development, a fully-integrated Content Management System (CMS), e-commerce development, site maintenance & support services, speed optimization, website structure audit, SEO-friendly coding, custom web application development, and website testing services.

However, the platform does not guarantee any growth in search engine traffic, conversion, profits, & business ROIs as several external factors may affect these metrics, which are not under our control.

The team of Leelija operates in a fast-paced, volatile, and often unpredictable field that is tech-oriented, and all the services we offer you might become obsolete in the future. This Agreement establishes these terms and conditions as the governing rules of conduct for specific digital marketing services. By using the Leelija platform, you, therefore, release us from any sort of liability as you understand the potential risks and the possibilities of your website being affected by specific factors beyond our control.

User Accountability

Any visitor on the platform of Leelija who wishes to become a user and sign up or purchase any of the services offered by us must agree to cooperate with the authorized team members of Leelija and provide us with accurate and authentic user information, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, business information, content, and other data, as and when required by the internal team members of Leelija, in order to get access to specific portions on the platform of Leelija or services offered by the platform.

Your failure to assist Leelija’s team may prevent us from delivering the services you need or have already signed up for or purchased. You agree that there will be no refund amount guaranteed for delay or failure on our part in delivering the services you have purchased if you fail to assist us.

Use of Leelija’s Platform

By registering on the platform of Leelija or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. While using our platform or getting all the services you paid for, you will be responsible for your account usage.

• You may not copy, share, disassemble, or reveal any part of Leelija’s platform in any medium or on any other platform, including, but not limited to, social media & community forums.
• You may not try to interfere with or compromise our system of conduct, integrity, and platform security. You may not be involved in any sort of data transmission to a third party while using our services.
• You may not use any external software, tech bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or any other types of automated means, such as an interface that is not provided by us, to extract data or access our platform.
• You may not use automated chatbots or any other software for sending human-generated messages.
• You may not share your access or license with a third party.
• You may not modify, decompile, rent, sell, lease, or create any work or reverse engineer the site’s structure for any improvement to the platform or any portion of it.
• You may not create a replica of our platform.
• You may not use Leelija’s platform to keep track, store, or share any data related to the field of health and medical emergencies, or any other sensitive information required by financial institutions.
• You may not collect any data that falls into the category of personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, account names, email addresses, contact details, security numbers, etc., from the platform of Leelija.
• You may not use our platform on behalf of any other person or entity who is not authorized to use it.
• You may not violate or interfere with other people’s intellectual property, privacy, or any other contractual rights while using this platform.
• You may not use Leelija’s platform to fulfil any purpose that is harmful, misleading, demeaning, defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive, unlawful, or obscene.
• You may not violate the rules of signing up or registering for our digital marketing, SEO, web development, and design services, purchasing procedure, policies, or network regulations.
• You may not sell, share, lease, transfer, distribute, or sublicense our platform or use it to derive income unless the permission is granted.
• You may not alter or interfere with the system of our platform, or de-index and de-cache any portion of our platform directly or indirectly.

You agree that you will not hold us responsible for your use of Leelija’s platform or your account on www.leelija.com.

If you violate any of the rules mentioned above and undertake any of the aforementioned actions, with or without knowledge, Leelija will immediately cease all user rights granted to you and take any action, suitable as a remedy to any damage caused by the user, including, but not limited to, termination of the commercial relationship established between us and the user, that may prevent you from accessing our platform in the future.

Generally, Leelija will provide the user with an explanation for the termination of the contract before ceasing the user's access to our platform or services. But we reserve all the rights to suspend your account at any time without prior explanation or notice.

User Content

All sorts of data that you need to submit to Leelija’s platform as a visitor or user, including, but not limited to, personal information or business data, such as your full name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, type of business, industry niche, specific business goals or objectives, target audience, the particular type of services you need, your budget, project timeline, keyword preferences, competitors’ websites, the marketing channels you previously used, branding guidelines (if any), previous marketing reports, links to social media handles, the CMS integrated, access credentials, or design and web structure preferences, will be referred to as “user content” throughout this Agreement. Kindly note that we may not host, migrate, distribute, or display any of the user content that you share with us, and we may refuse to accept any of these.

By accepting the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement, you agree that only you are responsible for the user content submitted by yourself and release us from any sort of liabilities for content submission, transmission, or security breach. Our platform offers standard industry security, but we do not guarantee the complete security and safety of the data submitted by the users. Our platform reserves all the rights to modify, edit, or remove your content if found to be against our Agreement or harmful to the platform.

While submitting the User Content to our platform, you warrant that you own all rights to it, or have paid for it, or have the full authority to use it. You represent that the User Content submitted by you is legal and does not interfere with third-party obligations or rights.

When you submit the User Content to Leelija, you grant us the license to display, share, store, broadcast, reproduce, transmit, modify, and use or reuse the entire or a part of it for providing you with the services you purchased. Additionally, you grant Leelija the perpetual and irrevocable license and access to use the User Content and disclose it on our platform for the purpose of recommendation, suggestion, correction, or attracting feedback.

Privacy Policy

Leelija respects your privacy concerns. That is why we regularly update our Privacy Policies for legal compliance. Our Privacy Policy is included in this Agreement and governs the user's access to Leelija’s platform. Kindly go through it to understand how our privacy regulations operate and to get a detailed insight into our guidelines.

All the user data that we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, and when you register on our platform or sign up and purchase any of the services offered by us, you consent to our Privacy Policy. You further agree that your information collected by us may be distributed, shared, or transferred to other countries for storage and processing.

Availability to Users

The team of Leelija tries its best to provide you with continuous availability of the services you need or have registered for. However, we can not guarantee the availability of our platform and the services you have paid for at any particular time. Kindly note that we are under no legal or direct obligation to provide you, as a user, with our services at any particular time, may suspend and terminate the user contract, and cease the user's access to our platform or our services at any time with or without any explanation.

Only users who are eligible to use the platform of Leelija, may continue using our services and platform. We never guarantee the functionality of the features available on our platform, and they may or may not deliver the results you want. Therefore, by signing up for the services on our platform, you agree that you. As a user, you will never hold us responsible or accountable for malfunctions of specific features or portions of the Leelija platform.

Connectivity Issues

Kindly note that Leelija relies on third-party contractors to host and maintain the activities on the part of the users and the team of Leelija on our platform. Therefore, we cannot predict any functional or control system disruptions due to connectivity issues or other external factors.

Additionally, any sort of non-compliance on the part of the third-party contractors and “acts of God” may prevent us from making our platform accessible and available to the users. However, we constantly deliver our best efforts to ensure limited downtime and quality services to our users.

Modifications of The Platform

We reserve all the rights to alter, modify, update, and even remove our platform at any point in time. The team of Leelija may carry out the aforementioned activities in the future for specific legal or security reasons. We may or may not provide you with an explanation for data alterations, website modifications, and platform removal.

Leelija may update you about fixing security issues and responding to any legal obligations. The team of Leelija has all the rights to modify the website data and update our platform at any point in time for further service improvements.

Pricing

We have mentioned our pricing details on our website www.leelija.com. Our agency reserves all the rights to make modifications and changes to the pricing plans already mentioned on the website of website to remain competitive in the industry of digital marketing and SEO and ensure better services.

Increase in Pricing Plans

Leelija reserves all the rights to increase the pricing of our SEO, digital marketing, web design, and development services or the paid subscription plans already listed on the Leelija website at our discretion. We will notify you about any increase in our pricing plans, and you will have the complete authority to accept or reject it. Kindly inform us beforehand if you wish to reject any specific service due to the price increase.

However, if you reject one, you may lose access to selected services offered by Leelija and portions of our platform. By signing up for our platform, you agree that Leelija is under no obligation to offer you any SEO, digital marketing, web development, design services, or paid subscriptions for the price we previously agreed to offer you at the time you registered on our platform or purchased the services.

Refunds

The services we offer are non-refundable, and hence, Leelija does not offer any refund for any services or subscription plans that you have already paid for. Kindly note that all the purchases you make are final. Kindly note that our team delivers the best efforts to ensure ultimate client satisfaction.

However, by agreeing to the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement, you give your full consent that if you are not satisfied with any of the services offered by the Leelija platform, you will never hold us responsible for it. Note that Leelija is under no legal obligation to refund the amount you paid for the services due to your dissatisfaction.

Estimate Variations

This is to inform you that some of the services offered by the platform of Leelijamay associate specific timelines or “Estimated Dates” to deliver you the desired results and project completion.

Although Leelija will put in the best efforts to deliver all the services by the Estimated Dates, previously decided, note that these are non-binding in nature.

We reserve all the rights to change, modify, and extend the Estimated Dates as and when required at our sole discretion, and will not be responsible in any way for failure on our part to offer our services by the Estimated Dates previously agreed upon.

Kindly note that any oral or written statement made by any of the employees at Leelija regarding the Estimated Dates is non-binding in nature. It will, under no situation, ever alter any contractual agreements between Leelija and the users.

Payments

Please be aware that some of the services offered on the Leelija platform may require payment, and you agree to pay for the services you need, including the taxes listed in the pricing plans, if you wish to use our platform or specific services. Leelija authorizes third-party payment processors to charge the payment at the time of registering or purchasing the services on Leelija platform.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement, you give your consent that the third-party payment gateway system will have the full authority to process your payment, as and when applicable. Make sure that all the information that you provide us with to initiate and process your payment and online transactions are accurate and updated. You agree that Leelija may terminate your access to our platform at any point in time without any liability if you fail to pay for the services we offer or your payments are overdue.

We may request our users to save credit cards at the payment gateway to offer recurring services that are on the Automatic Payment plan. You agree to authorize Leelija to process the automatic payments for campaign achievements at the specific time. If you intend to cancel a service, kindly notify one of the representatives at Leelija.

Additionally, we may restrict you from accessing portions of our platform or may stop delivering you the services that you paid for immediately if you fail to pay for the recurring services or in case of automatic payments getting denied due to not saving your credit card and related credentials. Moreover, Leelija will not be liable for any of the User Content to be removed, modified, or distributed at its own discretion and might or might not provide the users with an explanation.

Taxes

You agree to pay all the taxes applicable to the digital marketing, SEO, web design, and development services offered by Leelija at the time of registering or signing up for them. Leelija might request you to provide an authorized person with the tax documentation in the future to support your claims of on-time tax payment.

Subscriptions & Automatic Renewals

If you sign up for any Paid Subscription plan on the platform of Leelija, your payment credentials will be saved, and we may charge you monthly to offer you the recurring services. You agree that when your Paid Subscription plan expires, it will renew automatically and we will have the full authority to initiate and process the payments required to offer you the recurring services you signed up for.

To avoid being charged, you need to notify Leelija and we will notify you if there is an increase in the pricing plans for the services we have been offering. You agree that we are under no obligation to seek additional consent from you to charge for Paid Subscriptions. If you intend to discontinue a Paid Subscription service, you are required to provide us with a written 15-day cancellation notice prior to the upcoming renewal cycle. Failure to do so on your part will result in automatic service renewal.

Property Rights

You agree to the fact that our platform name, logos, watermarks, domains, sub-domains, the design, texts, images, scripts, templates, graphics, features, and trademarks are owned by the Leelija license. All of these are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, use, or distribute anything related to the Leelija platform without our written permission.

Submission of Ideas

Any of the employees at Leelija does not accept unsolicited ideas. Therefore, you agree not to submit any unsolicited ideas, including, but not limited to the processes, technology, product names, etc. The purpose of the policy is to avoid future disputes. If you submit any unsolicited ideas related to content, you agree that:

• It will be a part of Leelija’s property
• You will have no legal claim over the unsolicited ideas that you submitted
• There will be no compensation granted to you
• We may distribute or use the content for any purpose in the future at our discretion
• We may not review the submission
• Leelija is under no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the submission

Deliverables

Leelija works with users from multiple industry niches across the world. We sometimes run monthly campaigns and sometimes offer yearly services, depending on the industry requirements, user convenience, and market regulations. Leelija may assign specific timelines to certain services; however, they are good-faith estimates.

We do not guarantee project accomplishments within the specific timeline, and it may vary depending on the business objective that you desire to achieve. We reserve the right to modify the campaign and the timeline for user satisfaction. You agree that the campaign timelines are non-binding in nature.

Disclaimer

YOU GIVE YOUR FULL CONSENT BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THIS AGREEMENT THAT CLEARLY DECLARES THAT LEELIJA WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH SEO, DIGITAL MARKETING, WEB DESIGN, AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES THAT WILL ADDRESS YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS PROFILE, AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT ISSUES, AND ASSIST YOU IN ACHIEVING YOUR BUSINESS GOALS AT PRESENT, AND BE AVAILABLE TO YOU ONLY WHEN WE DECIDE TO OFFER THEM.

• ORGANIC TRAFFIC TO YOUR SITE
• LEAD CONVERSION
• BUSINESS ROIS
• 100% SECURITY
• ZERO SYSTEM INTERRUPTION

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT RELY ON ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR DOCUMENTS, PREVIOUSLY AGREED UPON OR DISCUSSED BY AN AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEE AT LEELIJA, WHETHER VERBALLY OR IN WRITING. NOTHING OTHER THAN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXPLICITLY MENTIONED IN THIS AGREEMENT WILL GOVERN. YOU WILL ONLY RELY ON THE CLAUSES MENTIONED IN THIS OFFICIAL AGREEMENT.

ADDITIONALLY, YOU AGREE NOT TO SUE OR FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST LEELIJA FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BECAUSE WE NEVER PROMISED A SEAMLESS SERVICE AND GUARANTEED RESULTS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

THROUGH THIS AGREEMENT, LEELIJA IS TRYING TO LEGALLY PROTECT ITS PLATFORM AND SERVICES BY ENSURING THAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO ANY ISSUES OR LOSSES THAT YOU FACE WHILE USING OUR PLATFORM OR ANY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED.

ADDITIONALLY, BY AGREEING UPON THE AFOREMENTIONED TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ARE LEGALLY COMPLIED TO ABIDE BY OUR RULES AND GUIDELINES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SORT OF ACTIVITIES ON YOUR LEELIJA ACCOUNT, AND ANY SORT OF SECURITY BREACH OR DATA REVEAL, KNOWINGLY OR UNKNOWINGLY.

IF YOU VIOLATE ANY OF THE RULES OR REGULATIONS MENTIONED IN THIS AGREEMENT WHILE USING OUR PLATFORM OR SERVICES, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CEASE THE USER RIGHTS FROM YOU TO PREVENT YOU FROM ACCESSING OUR PLATFORM IN THE FUTURE. YOU ALSO AGREE NOT TO HOLD LEELIJA RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LINK-BUILDING OUTCOMES AND ANY SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Liability Limitations

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LEELIJA OR ITS AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY SORT OF DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SORT OF PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR PLATFORM USAGE.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DEATH AND PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE ON OUR PART. YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SYSTEM INTERRUPTION, ERRONEOUS DATA, OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION FOUND ON OUR PLATFORM, ANY BUG, VIRUS, OR TROJAN HORSE TRANSFERRED TO OUR PLATFORM DUE TO YOUR ACCESS TO LEELIJA PLATFORM.

Indemnity Clauses

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you give your consent to defend Leelija and will not hold us accountable against any damage, claim, expenses, and obligations.

You give Leelija the full authority to terminate the user contract with you if you violate the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement or you interfere with the third-party rights, and face any security breaches in terms of the confidentiality of the information you shared on our platform.

Copyrights

Any issues related to the violation of the copyrights is extremely serious for us. Therefore, if you face any such issues or think that your copyright has been violated in any way, kindly connect with the Leelija team and provide us with authentic information about yourself that includes:

• Your name
• Name of the person/entity responsible (if it’s not you)
• A brief description of the unauthorized act committed
• Your location
• A document to prove that you are the owner of the copyright

You need to prove that only you are the sole owner of the copyright, no other third party owns the intellectual property legally, and the information provided by you is accurate.

Counter Notice

If you think that any of the data shared by the user on the Leelija platform or content published on your website has been subject to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and has been mistakenly removed due to a copyright takedown request, send us a counter-notice that includes:

• Your name, email, address, and e-signature

Governing Law

This entire Agreement will follow only the laws in practice in the state of West Bengal. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you accept that it is deemed to have taken place in West Bengal only.

Disputes

Any disputes related to this Agreement will be settled through arbitration, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and will take place in West Bengal, India. You give your consent that each party will be liable to pay its own arbitration fees and costs. Also, you agree that Leelija may make all appearances digitally when and where permitted by the applicable law.

You agree that any specific claim arising out of your connection with the Leelija platform must be filed within 1 year of registering or signing up for the platform or the services. Either the user or the Leelija team may raise a complaint against non-payment and only the court will have the supreme authority to decide the severity of any issues regarding the infringement of the intellectual property.

Class Action Waiver

By clicking “I Agree” to this Agreement, you admit that any legal dispute will be handled individually in court. You will not try to bring the case as part of a group, class, or on behalf of others.

Severability

If a specific portion or the entire provision of this Agreement is found to be conflicting or unlawful with another provision, the former one will govern under any situation. You agree that if there are two or more provisions of the Agreement or any other Agreement that you have signed with Leelija that are found in conflict with each other, we have the full authority to elect the provision that will remain in force.

Non-Waiver

Leelija has the right to enforce all the regulations, terms, and conditions mentioned in this Agreement and any other laws that are applicable to specific services that we offer. By agreeing to these, you give your consent that we may exercise our rights to enforce all the aforementioned laws and rules at any point in time in similar situations, although we may not enforce these rules and guidelines in one particular situation.

Assignment and Survival

You agree that your rights as an user to use the Leelija platform, SEO & digital marketing services, and claims related to anything, including, but not limited to, the services, copyrights, access to portions of the platform, are bound by this Agreement until and unless we hand it over to someone else and that we may do at any point of time at our sole discretion. Even if this user Agreement ends or the service contract expires, certain parts of this Agreement will still be active.

Termination

Leelija may make monthly or long-term service contracts with the users. Kindly note that the user needs to provide the team of Leelija with a written document stating your intention to discontinue any recurring monthly service that we have been offering you prior 30 days to the next billing cycle. Kindly have a look at our Master Service Agreement to end any long-term contract that you signed up for previously.

However, note that, right after you give your consent to discontinue the services and your user contracts ends with us, we may cease the user access from you and you, as a user, may lose access to specific portions of the Leelija platform. We reserve all the rights to terminate the user contract with you at our discretion, with or without informing you if you:

• Violate any guideline or specific rule & law on the Leelija platform
• If you do not abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement
• If we believe that your specific action may harm our business reputation or interest

Final Agreement

This Agreement between you and Leelija is the final one and you agree that both you, as a user of our services and platform and the team of Leelija have agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement, by clicking on “I Agree.” Note that this Agreement replaces all the previous conversations, negotiations, discussions, and agreements that you and Leelija agreed upon previously, either through verbal or written medium.

You agree that you do not have any right to change this Agreement by discussing or talking about it. Both you and one of the authorized team members at Leelija need to sign written documents in order to make any alterations in the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

Amendments

Kindly note that all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions related to the services, platform usage, and pricing plans mentioned in this Agreement are subject to constant changes and we, the members of Leelija team have all the rights to revise or make any sort of alterations and modifications to this Agreement at any time in the near future.

Leelija will notify you and share all the details and updates in terms of the data modification on the platform of Leelija. If you do not wish to the terms and conditions or rules and regulations stated in this Agreement, kindly stop using our platform immediately and the services we have been offering you, immediately.

Virtual Communication

You agree to the fact that Leelija may share important documents, papers, and notices via any form of electronic mediums. By clicking on ‘I Agree’, you give your consent to receive updates and notifications from Leelija via emails for contractual purposes and you agree that the terms & conditions and the disclosures sent by Leelija via emails or electronic mediums are as good as written in papers.

You need to prove that only you are the sole owner of the copyright, no other third party owns the intellectual property legally, and the information provided by you is accurate.
